Gonzaga (DC) – Ranked #6 on DigitalSports’ Boys Lacrosse Power Rankings, Gonzaga, full of offensive fire power, defeated host St. Mary’s (MD) 12-5 in the boys’ high school lacrosse opener.
Gonzaga came out hot leading 4-1 at half time. And they did not let up after half time, taking their lead to 5pts at the start of the second half.
The defending Washington Catholic Athletic Conference champions were stifling on defense, as goalie Tim Farrell and defenseman Jack Slater shut the door on St. Mary’s.
